Eatraw Organic Delivery now operates as a courier-based service, shipping a curated range of non-perishable products Australia-wide.


All orders are fulfilled and delivered via trusted third-party courier and postal partners. Eatraw Organic Delivery does not perform deliveries directly.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and estimated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery postcode

Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch

 


We aim to dispatch orders on the same business day where possible.


Orders placed Monday to Friday will typically be packed and dispatched the same day, provided they are received before our daily processing cut-off.


Orders placed:

 

  • On weekends, or

  • On public holidays

 


will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

 


 

 

Courier Delivery

 


All orders are shipped via third-party couriers or postal services selected based on your delivery region.


Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier provider.


Eatraw Organic Delivery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier operations, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographic evidence
