Eligibility for Returns

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (including fresh produce, chilled items, and other time-sensitive foods) are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Dry goods (non-perishable pantry items) can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in original condition.

Custom products (special orders or personalised items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
